At doce.in, we value your trust and aim to provide the best shopping experience. All our products are quality-checked before dispatch, but if you face any issue, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unused, unworn, and unwashed products in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or product type (this will be mentioned on the product page).

3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at doce.help.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, the return will be arranged through our logistics partner Delhivery.
- The product must be handed over to the courier in proper condition.
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality checks.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of Free Shipping orders, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not directly offered. If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at doce.help.in@gmail.com.

Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

After verification, we will arrange a free return pickup and issue a full refund/replacement.
8. Returns & Refunds Overview

Returns: Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Products returned outside the 2-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging for eligibility.
9. Color & Description Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, texture, or embroidery may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings. These are not considered defects.

Embellishments like beads, sequins, or stones may have slight displacement during transit, which is normal and not a defect.
10. Responsibility of Returns

For returns arranged through Delhivery, we will provide the tracking details.

If you choose to return via another courier, you must share the tracking details with us.

We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns sent via unapproved couriers.
